WELCOME TO SURVIVORBUNKER.COM
The world is in a state of turmoil. Whether it is driven by greed, power, religion or just pure evil, we need to be aware of the threat and to realize that it is real. For more than 160 million Americans living in danger zones, the greatest concern following a nuclear attack is the fallout of radiation. For that reason, you should consider having an underground bunker installed. Bunkers were used extensively during World War I, World War II and the Cold War for weapons facilities, command and control centers and for storage. Today, bunkers are being used for all types of reasons but protection is the end result. Many of our clients don’t want to think about the worst when envisioning their future, but have come to the reality that there will be no future without adequate protection. For many, this is a life insurance policy that they cannot afford not to have.

While we do not want to preach doom and gloom and we cannot predict Threat Scenario Events, we do think that it is wise to be prepared in the face of disaster. Underground bunkers provide added protection of being below the surface and can be pre-stocked with provisions in order to sustain their occupants for months if necessary. These structures will be located within the vicinity of the client’s dwelling in order to facilitate a quick escape if needed. While many people think their houses or basements will be sufficient to protect against natural disasters, it is the man-made disasters that we need extra protection from. If attacked, the bunker will deflect the blast wave from nearby explosions to prevent ear and internal injuries to people sheltering in the bunker. While frame buildings collapse from as little as 3 psi (0.2 bar) of overpressure, bunkers are regularly constructed to survive several hundred psi (over 10 bar). This substantially decreases the likelihood that a bomb can harm the structure. |

The most common purpose-built structure is a buried, steel reinforced concrete vault or arch. Most blast shelters are civil engineering structures that contain large buried tubes or pipes such as sewage or rapid transit tunnels. All of our structures will have at least one emergency exit in case the entrance to the bunker has been impeded in some way. After all, safety is the reason for having an underground bunker. While the materials of the structure are very important in order to sustain through an attack, the placement of the bunker is also a key element that must not be overlooked. The ability to reach the structure within 5 minutes is something we focus on when planning our client’s underground bunkers. We find that this ensures our clients the ultimate in safety during a Threat Scenario Event, whether it is a natural disaster or an act of terrorism. |
While the underground bunker has a main duty to protect us from dangerous life-threatening events, it can also serve as a storage room or even a wine cellar. Many of our client’s find this more appealing than just having a “back up plan” in case the threats of the world come to fruition.
War, nuclear threats, and natural disasters are not things we want to have to think about every day. Having a bunker installed can hopefully ease a little worry when planning for the future. We will meet with you in order to come up with a plan suitable to your lifestyle and family needs. An assessment will be done by asking some personal questions pertaining to the number of persons this will protect, occupancy duration needed, the class of protection, and storage requirements to determine the bunker that is right for you. Call us today to set up an appointment and start planning for your family’s future.
